A person's life must go through thousands of abysses, and the deepest abyss must exist in his heart. The abyss within has always provided painful yet vivid inspiration for the creations of many artists. Some writers write for the abyss, some painters paint for it, and some musicians compose music for it.

One of the great composers who have faced the inner abyss of all living beings is The Abyss inside Us, a one-man post-rock/ambient band from Greece, formed in 2018 and has released a lot of exceptional works in its six years of career so far. The band blends neo-classical and post-rock genres, occupying a central position in the world of Greek post-rock with diverse styles, dark melodies, and a lively atmosphere.

The new album "Stigma" in 2024 is another monument built by The Abyss inside Us during their inner journey of life, interweaving depth and melancholy to the perfection, the band's inherent melodic and atmospheric characteristics are pushed to new heights, and a mesmerizing ocean of the mind rises up for the listener to explore and self reflect infinitely.
